Terms of Service

By accessing or using LazyWizard you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a prominent site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LazyWizard. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. Users aged 13–18 require parental consent. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

Free accounts receive a daily usage quota that resets at midnight UTC. Pro plans (monthly subscription) raise that limit significantly. Lifetime plans grant unlimited usage permanently, subject to fair-use policy. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension without refund.

You agree not to use LazyWizard to generate illegal content, harassment, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for all outputs you generate, download, or distribute. High-volume automated usage without prior written approval is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pro plans auto-renew monthly — cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time charge. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service is materially not as described. Contact support@lazywizard.app.

LazyWizard is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate — always verify before relying on them professionally, legally, or medically. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
